Key Responsibilities

•Provide quality deliverables for requirements elicitation, use case definition, process mapping, data flow diagrams, BPMN diagrams, workflow diagrams, functional design, and test scope definition.
•Collaborate with product and client organizations to ensure solution integrity and that enhancements, applications, and localizations align with overall strategy.
•Translate business requirements into user stories, system requirements, and technical specifications aligned to project goals.
•Identify and resolve project lifecycle conflicts and issues, ensuring effective communication between business stakeholders and technical teams.
•Participate in solution review sessions and brainstorming; stay current on industry trends and recommend advancements in technology solutions.

Key Requirements

•Deep knowledge in the Merchant Acquiring domain.
•15+ years of practical experience in client-facing business analysis, working independently in complex situations.
•Experience creating user stories with acceptance criteria and producing user flow diagrams, data flow diagrams, and related documentation.
•Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques, with a requirement-driven mindset.
•Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio), Confluence, and Jira; able to mentor a team of 5+ Business Analysts.
