Key Responsibilities

  • •Integrate AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness within organizational standards and legal requirements.
  • •Develop and debug ATE test programs and test-related hardware for CMOS SoCs.
  • •Support test strategy and test plan definition, including DFT pattern implementation (ATPG/scan, TDF, MemBIST/repair, BSACAN, JTAG/IEEE1500, functional patterns).
  • •Build and debug ATE architecture and test hardware design, including schematic capture and PCB layout.
  • •Use lab test equipment and data analysis/yield reporting tools to support characterization reports and yield reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering with 7+ years of proven experience in a Test Engineering role.
  • •Excellent programming skills for writing and debugging ATE test programs and test-related hardware development.
  • •Proficiency with C/C++ and/or Java.
  • •Solid understanding of testing for CMOS SoCs and familiarity with testing IP blocks such as PLL, efuse, and DDR.
  • •Expertise in test strategy development and DFT pattern implementation (e.g., ATPG SCAN, TDF, MemBIST and repair, BSACAN, JTAG/IEEE1500, and functional patterns).
