Replace faulty parts and electrical components, install equipment, and ensure proper operation through testing. Maintain a clean, orderly work area while performing general repairs to plant structures.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and repair equipment, tools, and machinery as assigned by the Maintenance Supervisor or Head Mechanic.
•Install, adjust, and repair production equipment and special-purpose machines.
•Operate hand and power tools to repair, grease, weld, cut, and change parts; use a cutting torch as required.
•Test and troubleshoot malfunctioning machinery and replace faulty parts including electrical wires, motors, controls, and circuit boards.
•Install equipment and electrical components, dismantle machinery using hoists/cranes and tools, and keep the work area clean and orderly.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma/equivalent or comparable training, education, or experience.
•Technical or vocational school certification or equivalent training/experience.
•Ability to read and interpret instructions and operations manuals; follow step-by-step instructions.

•Preferred knowledge of hydraulics, mechanics, electricity, carpentry, or related fields.
