Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor the execution of HSE activities on a project to ensure requirements are met per the project HSE plan and HSEMS.
  • •Develop and implement field location emergency response procedures and evacuation plans for safe evacuation.
  • •Provide HSE trainings (incident prevention, first aid, safety awareness) and conduct daily toolbox talks and monthly orientations.
  • •Identify hazards and unsafe conditions daily, raise observation reports, address violations, and record corrective measures.
  • •Maintain risk assessment documentation and inspection logs, investigate incidents, and provide daily/weekly/monthly HSE performance reports.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of working experience, including 3 years of relevant experience in HSE.
  • •Comprehensive understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal laws.
  • •Proficiency in conducting risk assessments and hazard analyses, developing mitigation strategies, and ensuring risk findings are communicated daily.
  • •Ability to investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • •Proficiency in delivering HSE training programs and initiatives; ERP knowledge preferably SAP is required.
