Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform daily cycle counts (minimum 15% of inventory) and maintain accurate inventory transactions in WDS.
  • •Pick product from inventory to complete work orders released.
  • •Receive daily inbounds the same day they arrive and sort/stage castings, housings, and bar stock.
  • •Communicate with the purchasing team on discrepancies with pack slips and inbound material.
  • •Load outbound carriers (FedEx/UPS/LTL) and maintain an organized, clean receiving area, with availability for OT and weekends as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution is required.
  • •Minimum 6 months of previous work experience in a Warehouse and/or Stockroom is required.
  • •Only candidates residing within 50 miles of Irvine, CA will be considered.
  • •This position requires access to export-controlled information and applicants must be a U.S. person.
  • •Forklift certification and previous experience with an MRP system are preferred.
