Job Summary

Lead the integration testing and setup of Switched Reluctance Machine (SRM) test handler systems, from equipment selection and installation through process optimization and technical support. Drive SRM and semiconductor process engineering to hit fab cycle time goals and resolve yield-limiting issues. Configure and calibrate test equipment, establish performance metrics, troubleshoot complex integration problems, and use statistical methods (SPC/DOE) to improve quality and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and optimize SRM integration test handler setups and related test procedures for performance validation.
•Configure, calibrate, and manage test equipment (dynamometers, power analyzers, oscilloscopes, DAQ systems) and define acceptance criteria.
•Define, document, and improve the SRM wafer fabrication and integration test process using statistical methods and data analytics to drive intelligent improvements.
•Evaluate, select, specify, and support test equipment, including installation, maintenance, reliability/uptime monitoring, and vendor collaboration.
•Provide technical leadership and support across manufacturing/operations teams, including troubleshooting non-conforming products and driving corrective/preventive actions using DOE and advanced quality methods.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
•5+ years of hands-on experience in process engineering, equipment engineering, or manufacturing engineering.
•3+ years working with electric motor testing, power electronics testing, or similar electromechanical systems.
•Proven experience with test handler setup, automation, and integration.
•Background in semiconductor manufacturing, motor manufacturing, or power electronics production environments.
