Job Summary

Provide high-visibility on-site support for advanced semiconductor manufacturing systems, including installations, diagnostics, service, and repair. Partner with customers and R&D teams to develop leading-edge chip manufacturing processes and run hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOEs). Analyze experimental data statistically, troubleshoot complex issues, perform root-cause analyses, and communicate conclusions to internal and customer stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide high-visibility customer support through on-site installations, system diagnoses, and service/repair of complex systems and equipment.
•Work with customers to develop leading-edge processes for manufacturing advanced semiconductor chips.
•Create hypothesis experiments and design of experiments (DOEs), analyze data with statistics, and compile reports with technical conclusions.
•Troubleshoot complex problems, perform multiple root cause analyses, and resolve difficult process engineering and customer product issues.
•Communicate with internal stakeholders and the customer to achieve goals; support juniors and act as a liaison between the customer and business unit.

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in chemistry/physics, materials engineering, electrical engineering, optoelectronics, or related field.
•4–7 years of experience in the semiconductor fab or equipment industry.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills to explain sensitive information and build consensus among stakeholders.
•Proficiency in English to communicate effectively.
•Master’s degree or PhD in a related field (preferred).
