Job Summary

Support the Antenna Integrated Product Team Lead by planning and delivering projects across multiple teams within the IPT. Coordinate detailed project planning using Earned Value Management (EVM) and Project Controls, manage the project baseline, and deliver status reports with variance analysis. Deputise for the IPT Lead at stakeholder engagements, help prepare and cost tender and contract change proposals, and identify project risks/opportunities while attending project review meetings.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the IPT Lead with planning and delivery of projects of varying complexity.
•Coordinate detailed project planning activities using BAE Systems Australia’s EVM and Project Controls processes.
•Work to key success indicators and recommend trade-offs between scope, quality, time, and cost.
•Generate status reports, coordinate variance analysis, and support corrective action activities while maintaining the project management baseline.
•Assist with tender costing and contract change proposals (Engineering Change Proposals and Contract Change Proposals), and identify risks/opportunities with mitigation strategies.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrated experience in a project or business management role, ideally in a development environment.
•Experience supporting teams to plan and deliver discrete projects to drive outcomes in a low-complexity environment.
•Experience with Earned Value Management (EVM) and Project Controls processes.
•Scheduling experience driving and influencing schedules in a technical environment.
•Demonstrated stakeholder engagement and management skills, including coordinating cross-functional teams.
