Lead the company’s legal function by setting legal strategy and managing legal risk to support global growth. Provide legal guidance across commercial law, corporate finance, employment law, IP, technology, and vendor/supply contracting. Own contract structuring, review, and negotiation for agreements critical to operations, while strengthening corporate governance, due diligence support, and legal infrastructure with scalable templates and workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Set company legal strategy and manage legal risks to accelerate global growth, working closely with the executive team.
•Advise management on complex matters spanning contractual, regulatory, compliance, financial, and legal areas.
•Structure, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including master service agreements, sales orders, change orders, leases, and vendor/supply contracts.
•Support employment and HR matters including hiring, termination, and workplace policies.
•Develop IP strategy and legal infrastructure, including scalable contract procedures, templates, and workflows; support corporate governance and due diligence.

•UK or US qualified; US commercial experience is a strong plus (bar admission isn’t required).

•Technology sector experience preferred, including hardware, data centers, AI, or mission-critical industries.
