Partner with organizational leaders as a dedicated Compensation Business Partner for a scalable, technology-enabled Total Rewards function supporting 6,000+ employees. Advise on org design, job architecture, pay-for-performance, and competitive positioning; manage annual merit/equity/promotion budget forecasting with Finance; and lead end-to-end Q1 compensation cycle execution. Own VP+ executive compensation benchmarking, offer design, and review materials with Legal, while building compensation dashboards and automation to improve workflows.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a dedicated Compensation advisor on org design, job architecture, pay-for-performance, and competitive positioning.
•Collaborate with Talent Acquisition and HRBPs on global offer approvals, retention risks, and internal mobility requests.
•Build and manage annual merit, equity, and promotion budget forecasts with Finance, including scenario modeling for reorgs and market adjustments.
•Monitor compensation spend vs. plan, providing variance analysis and recommendations to leadership.
•Lead end-to-end execution of the Q1 Annual Compensation Cycle, including cost modeling, manager communications, and budget deployment across business units.
