Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee day-to-day operations within the Inspection Center.
  • •Provide mentoring, accountability, and performance management for direct reports and support succession planning.
  • •Participate in developing and executing strategic plans, goals, and objectives aligned to the company.
  • •Ensure adherence to operating standards, systems, policies, procedures, and performance standards.
  • •Recruit, select, orient, and train employees while ensuring production capacity, compliance with health/safety and loss prevention, and achievement of quality/production/cost metrics.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of management experience in automotive or a lean manufacturing environment.
  • •Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles.
  • •Experience leading and developing associates.
  • •Proven ability to deliver project deliverables and meet company metrics.
  • •Valid unrestricted driver’s license with a clean driving record in the last 3 years, and ability to read/write/speak/understand English.
