Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee regulatory risk initiatives including Regulatory Runway, compliance with internal/external policies, and AB&C Compliance across IWPB Asia.
  • •Drive implementation of global policies and procedures across ASP markets (e.g., AB&C, Conflict of Interest, Information Control, Volcker, High Risk Role framework) and provide advisory guidance.
  • •Engage proactively with key stakeholders (first and second line of defense, Audit) to understand and resolve risks and issues.
  • •Manage de-risking program implementation and support special BRR projects to mitigate emerging risks.
  • •Monitor current and emerging risk/control environments, lead risk read-across, and provide updates/escalations to senior management as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience in regulatory risk and controls, preferably within Audit, Regulatory Compliance/Financial Crime Risk, or Business Management roles.
  • •Ability to analyze and interpret complex regulatory requirements and translate them into business requirements.
  • •Leadership capability to engage and drive across internal and external stakeholders beyond team level.
  • •Strong communication skills to summarize complex topics concisely verbally and in writing.
  • •Broad program or cross-market/region project management experience.
