Job Summary

Partner with Front Office business stakeholders and technology teams to gather requirements, define solution options, and drive delivery of Investment Technology initiatives. You’ll develop subject matter expertise in core investment processes, use analytics and SQL to understand problems end to end, and help refine roadmap tools and enhancements. Working in Agile squads, you’ll project manage selected initiatives, manage risks/issues, and support Run/Support teams with consultative guidance.

•Consult with Front Office business partners to solicit detailed requirements for solution design, build, and implementation.
•Partner with investment-related teams and external vendors to execute project delivery and roadmap initiatives.
•Develop subject matter expertise to propose optimal solutions for core business processes under review.
•Project manage selected initiatives, including delivery status updates and management of risks/issues.
•Participate in Agile squad ceremonies with Scrum Master and Product Owners to support backlog prioritization and provide ad-hoc Run/Support consultative assistance.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 103,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Ideally 5+ years of experience in asset management (or investment banking as an alternative).
•Exposure to equity, fixed income, and derivative instruments.
•Strong understanding of order management systems, preferably Charles River or a comparable platform.

•Proficient with SQL and an understanding of Oracle PLSql.
