Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support Facility Maintenance Technicians through Assistant Group Leaders (AGLs).
  • •Direct daily maintenance activities to ensure facility reliability and operational support.
  • •Promote and enforce safety policies, including LOTO and Arc Flash safety programs.
  • •Troubleshoot and repair facility systems (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing) and coordinate emergency repairs.
  • •Manage preventive maintenance and reliability initiatives using CMMS, and serve as backup to the Facility Maintenance Supervisor.

Key Requirements
