Job Summary

Lead the day-to-day Facility Maintenance team to keep building systems, utilities, and infrastructure safe, reliable, and efficient. Coach and support technicians through Assistant Group Leaders, troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and plumbing issues, and coordinate preventive maintenance and reliability improvements. Serve as backup to the Facility Maintenance Supervisor, manage work orders in CMMS, respond to facility downtime, and partner with other departments to minimize operational disruption.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and support Facility Maintenance Technicians through Assistant Group Leaders (AGLs).
•Direct daily maintenance activities to ensure facility reliability and operational support.
•Promote and enforce safety policies, including LOTO and Arc Flash safety programs.
•Troubleshoot and repair facility systems (electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, plumbing) and coordinate emergency repairs.
•Manage preventive maintenance and reliability initiatives using CMMS, and serve as backup to the Facility Maintenance Supervisor.

Key Requirements

•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills and ability to use CMMS or maintenance management systems.
