Job Summary

Lead structural design and technical support across design teams and project sites. Drive finalization of design aspects, assess buildability, perform value engineering, liaise with architects and engineers, and ensure smooth information flow throughout project lifecycles while maintaining safety and efficiency standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Review all specifications, drawings and bill requirements to define all architectural requirements for the project.
•Assist in the interpretation of architectural design standards established by local jurisdictions.
•Prepare, review and evaluate contract technical specification for architectural elements of capital improvement projects.
•Administer and provide concepts for improving plans according to circumstances and resolving any related problems that may arise during construction.
•Stay abreast of innovative developments and incorporate these advancements in the development and design of new forming systems/equipment to expand productivity, capabilities and market share.

Key Requirements

•Advanced knowledge of BIM Modeling and AutoCAD.
•ERP knowledge preferably SAP functional skills.
•Knowledge of safety and relevant OSHA requirements and regulations.
•Demonstrable knowledge and implementation experience of Enterprise Application Architectures/Integration.
•Minimum 8 years working experience, 5 years in a supervisory position, GCC experience is a plus.
