Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead enterprise-wide AI transformation initiatives to improve operational efficiency, employee productivity, and growth.
  • •Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute the AI transformation strategy and roadmap.
  • •Identify high-value opportunities for Generative AI, Agentic AI, automation, and intelligent workflows across the enterprise.
  • •Drive organizational change management by building excitement, adoption, and confidence around AI across technical and non-technical teams.
  • •Lead complex cross-functional programs from strategy through implementation, including developing governance/operating principles and establishing KPIs.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 198,400 - 341,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
  • •15+ years of experience leading enterprise technology strategy, digital transformation, consulting, enterprise architecture, or AI initiatives.
  • •Deep understanding of modern AI technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, AI platforms, and enterprise AI architectures.
  • •Demonstrated success leading large-scale, cross-functional transformation programs within complex organizations.
  • •Strong enterprise architecture knowledge and ability to translate technical concepts into business outcomes for executive audiences.
