Job Summary

Coordinate the Franchising and Development team’s activities to support new restaurant growth for KFC US. You’ll handle data entry and relationship management, work with market planning and franchisees, and help execute strategic initiatives while ensuring accurate reporting and cross-functional collaboration.

•Manage the remodel and new development pipelines.
•Track franchisee obligation dates at a store level and any changes to them.
•Assist KFC US field development team to smooth/reset franchisee asset obligations.
•Partner with KFC US field development team to register new restaurant sites.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 68,670 - 72,485 annually

Key Requirements

•BA required; 2-4 years relevant work experience.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal and organizational abilities.
•Ability to work independently, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and maintain high attention to detail.
•Experience with CRM tools and financial management systems; advanced Excel and familiarity with AIS & Domo or Power BI.
