Job Summary

Lead day-to-day operations at a DashMart local fulfillment center, supporting Site Management to run strong shifts. Own warehouse and (where applicable) light-prep kitchen processes, including safety/cleanliness, quality, and training. Ensure orders are fulfilled accurately, inventory is maintained, and Dasher pickups go smoothly. •Take ownership of assigned shifts, including warehouse and kitchen processes, safety/cleanliness, quality, and training.
•Maintain accountability for inventory, equipment, and company assets to prevent loss or theft.
•Ensure customer orders are delivered with high quality by executing orders accurately and communicating when issues arise.
•Guide Operations Associates during their shift, ensuring safe and productive work, and serve as the point of escalation for daily operations.
•Support operations in both the warehouse and kitchen (where applicable), lead by example, and contribute ideas to improve quality and customer experience.
