Job Summary

Own enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Endpoint Management services, defining architecture and governance while delivering L3/L4 support. Design and operate Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS, manage compliance and conditional access policies, and lead complex migrations with post-migration stabilization. Troubleshoot Sev 1/2 incidents, improve endpoint health and patching compliance, and develop custom scripts and SQL-based reports to maintain SCCM infrastructure performance.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, implement, and support enterprise MDM/UEM platforms, including Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE.
•Manage large-scale device estates across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS, ensuring compliance policies, conditional access, and proper configuration.
•Lead complex MDM migrations (e.g., Workspace ONE to Microsoft Intune) and perform post-migration stabilization.
•Serve as L3/L4 escalation point for critical MDM incidents, performing root cause analysis and handling Sev 1/2 scenarios.
•Maintain SCCM infrastructure and endpoint health by monitoring compliance, performing SCCM cleanup, upgrading infrastructure, and generating custom reports using SQL.

Key Requirements

•Deep technical expertise in enterprise MDM/UEM platforms, including Microsoft Intune and VMware Workspace ONE.
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Manager components (Config Manager and Intune) and related infrastructure concepts.
•Experience supporting large-scale device estates across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS with expertise in MEM concepts (e.g., compliance, conditional access).
•Ability to troubleshoot Windows server/client and networking issues, handle Sev 1/2 scenarios, and perform root cause analysis.
•Hands-on skills with SCCM/Config Manager client management and configuration management (inventory, software distribution, patch management) plus scripting (VBS, batch, PowerShell) and SQL reporting.
