Job Summary

Lead centralized trust operations for onboarding, account review, asset transfers, fee processing, reconciliation, custody and securities processing. Drive process improvement and operational excellence to reduce risk and improve client service delivery. Partner with executive leadership, risk, compliance, finance, and project management on technology enhancements, regulatory updates, and M&A readiness. Build reporting and KPI dashboards for senior leadership and develop high-performing teams while ensuring SEC, OCC, DOL, and IRS compliance.

•Oversee centralized trust operations teams supporting onboarding, account review, asset transfers, fee processing, reconciliation, fund valuation, custody support, and securities processing.
•Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, reduce risk, and improve the client experience.
•Partner with executive leadership, risk, compliance, finance, and project management teams to support strategic business objectives.
•Oversee operational readiness and implementation activities for technology enhancements, regulatory updates, and mergers and acquisitions.
•Develop reporting and KPI dashboards for senior leadership and build high-performing teams through coaching, succession planning, and accountability.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 137,060 - 234,960 annually

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
•10+ years of experience in wealth management or trust operations.

•Strong experience leading process improvement, strategic initiatives, and change management efforts.
