Purchasing and Planning Coordinator

Coordinate daily purchasing and planning operations for the Supply Chain Planning Operations team by running system audits and daily planning/procurement processes. Review pricing and cost reports (including WAC and zero-cost exceptions), submit timely reports to buyers and management, and analyze “flip reports” to optimize order fulfillment and servicing locations. Handle daily exception processing with Buyer Planners while proactively escalating operational concerns.
