  • •Drive cutting-edge AI capabilities across multiple layers of an AI agents product.
  • •Develop and leverage cutting-edge AI models, infrastructure, and browser technologies to scale agent capabilities.
  • •Maintain a high craft and quality bar for AI agent performance and user experience.
  • •Collaborate across engineering, design, product management, and data science to integrate core functionality and improve reliability, code quality, AI evaluation, testing, and maintenance.

Salary: USD 220,000 - 405,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Strong foundational familiarity with the full AI product stack.
  • •Proficiency in Python (bonus points for TypeScript, Go, and/or Rust).
  • •Experience in context engineering and tool interfaces for frontier AI models, and/or post-training/reinforcement learning for multimodal models.
  • •Experience with browser technologies (CDP, Playwright, extension development, etc.).
  • •Strong product intuition and taste for user experience excellence; comfortable taking ownership in a small, fast-moving team.
