Job Summary

Provide technical expertise and client support for benefit solutions, covering BAU delivery and ongoing support. Own and maintain client requirements documents and file specifications, incorporating policy and legislative changes. Lead client projects, execute testing, and support smooth transitions to BAU while identifying process gaps, creating improvement plans, and participating in internal and external audits. Act as an SME for RPA-enabled process automation and collaborate with Benefits Processors to reduce manual work.

Key Responsibilities

•Own and maintain client requirements documents and file specifications, updating them with policy/legislative changes
•Review existing processes to identify change opportunities that deliver client value and support revenue goals
•Lead client projects and execute testing, supporting implementation transitions into BAU
•Participate in internal and external audits; identify process gaps and create improvement plans
•Support RCA with mitigation actions and lead process automation initiatives as an SME for RPA

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's or Master's degree (English C1 level is preferred)
•Strong analytical approach to tasks
•Ability to work in deadline-driven environments and prioritize across multiple projects
•Data analysis skills and knowledge of MS Excel
•Good communication and presentation skills
