Customer Product Engineer

Work with the Customer Engineering team to deliver a great onboarding and ongoing customer experience for the Account Abstraction and Wallet Services product vertical. Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and scale support using internal tooling and runbooks while contributing to devX improvements. Use direct customer insights to inform the product roadmap and partner with internal teams to deliver long-term customer solutions.
