Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage delivery of marketing communications to financial advisers and customers, determining strategy and creating digital communications aligned to Behavioural Science principles.
  • •Serve as a key point of contact across operations, IFA Distribution, compliance, and proposition teams to produce accurate service and proposition communications.
  • •Ensure communications are timely, accurate, and compliant, including appropriate business area sign off and management of the adviser communications programme.
  • •Use the marketing workflow system (MPAH) to run communications workflow and programme management.
  • •Work with senior leadership to improve digital delivery and coordinate team workload with marketing communications executives based on impact and urgency.
