Own full-cycle recruiting for software engineering roles across levels, partnering with engineering managers and founders to understand technical requirements and hiring bars. Key Responsibilities

•Run full-cycle recruiting for software engineering roles, including sourcing, screening, coordinating, and closing candidates.
•Partner with engineering managers and founders to understand technical requirements, team culture, and hiring bar.
•Build and maintain a qualified pipeline via proactive outbound sourcing, referrals, and community engagement.
•Drive a consistent interview process by defining evaluation criteria, training interviewers, and ensuring a strong candidate experience.
•Track recruiting metrics (pipeline health, time-to-fill, source effectiveness) and improve the funnel as the company scales.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 125,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 5 years in-house at a tech company (agency experience is a plus).
•Experience recruiting software engineers across disciplines such as backend, frontend, fullstack, infrastructure, and ML/AI.
•Comfort working at early-stage startups (Seed through Series B) in fast-changing, high-velocity environments.
•Strong technical literacy to understand engineering requirements and evaluate technical backgrounds.
•Familiarity with modern ATS and sourcing tools such as Greenhouse, Lever, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
