Lead the Payments GTM Operations and Strategy for a fast-growing fintech within a SaaS company. Build programs across Marketing, Sales, Account Management, Customer Support, Risk, Operations, Analytics, and Product to accelerate adoption and revenue for Jobber’s payments products.

Job Function: Strategy & Corporate Development

Key Responsibilities

•Map and rebuild the end-to-end customer journey for payments from first touch through activation and ongoing usage, coordinating with sales, post-sales, and support.
•Experiment with actions (e.g., incentives) to drive payments adoption and usage, iterating based on results.
•Define the metrics that matter for payments GTM and hold cross-functional partners accountable to them.
•Build deep working relationships across GTM teams, Product, RevOps, Analytics, etc., acting as the connective tissue for payments GTM.
•Use data and qualitative insights to identify opportunities, size them, run experiments, and measure results.

Key Requirements

•Operating and strategy experience, ideally a mix of both (Revenue Operations, GTM Operations, Strategy & Operations, Product Commercialization, or a GM/Founder role) at a scaling SaaS or Fintech company.
•Strategy experience, with data-driven recommendations (Management Consulting, VC, or Strategy & Operations).
•Deep understanding of payments and financial services business models, metrics, and growth strategies for small businesses.
•Strong data instincts; able to measure impact, make decisions, and optimize performance.
•Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills across GTM teams, Product, and Executive Leadership.
