  • •Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to set vision, define strategy, and lead the teams to deliver it for High Volume.

  • •Stay hands-on each quarter by working directly on a small number of projects and using that work to set standards for the team.
  • •Lead, mentor, and develop all designers in the team, accountable for performance and quality of work.
