Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a distinctive client experience by engaging clients, conducting complex and standardized transactions, and uncovering client needs.
  • •Educate clients on digital self-service solutions including ATMs, Online Banking, and Mobile Banking.
  • •Support the sales process through outbound calling, checking for client offers, and identifying needs/opportunities for referral to branch team members or specialists.
  • •Understand and apply Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) to deliver Truist expertise and solutions for clients’ unique needs.
