Job Summary

Support cost management for a large-scale data center project by driving quantity surveying, valuation, and commercial administration across the full project lifecycle. Prepare and validate take-offs, BOQs, measurements, and cost documentation; review contractor payment applications and progress claims; and evaluate change orders, variations, and commercial impacts. Coordinate with project teams to track quantities, costs, claims, and risks, and help produce cost reports, dashboards, and financial projections for leadership and client review.

Key Responsibilities

•Support quantity surveying and commercial management activities across the project to ensure accuracy, consistency, and contract compliance.
•Prepare, review, and validate quantity take-offs, bills of quantities, measurements, and cost-related documentation.
•Review contractor payment applications, progress claims, invoices, and supporting documents to verify accuracy against completed works, contract terms, and approved quantities.
•Evaluate change orders, variations, claims, and commercial impacts, including quantity verification and cost substantiation.
•Maintain accurate records and prepare cost reports, budget updates, payment trackers, variation logs, and commercial dashboards for project leadership and client review.

Key Requirements

•15+ years of quantity surveying, cost management, commercial management, or construction cost control experience on large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
•Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Commercial Management, or a related technical field.
•Experience on data center, mission-critical, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale building projects.
•Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQs, measurement rules, payment applications, variations, claims support, and cost reporting.
•Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, scope documents, BOQs, and contract documents.
