Key Responsibilities

  • •Support quantity surveying and commercial management activities across the project to ensure accuracy, consistency, and contract compliance.
  • •Prepare, review, and validate quantity take-offs, bills of quantities, measurements, and cost-related documentation.
  • •Review contractor payment applications, progress claims, invoices, and supporting documents to verify accuracy against completed works, contract terms, and approved quantities.
  • •Evaluate change orders, variations, claims, and commercial impacts, including quantity verification and cost substantiation.
  • •Maintain accurate records and prepare cost reports, budget updates, payment trackers, variation logs, and commercial dashboards for project leadership and client review.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of quantity surveying, cost management, commercial management, or construction cost control experience on large-scale construction, infrastructure, industrial, or mission-critical projects.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Commercial Management, or a related technical field.
  • •Experience on data center, mission-critical, industrial, infrastructure, or large-scale building projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQs, measurement rules, payment applications, variations, claims support, and cost reporting.
  • •Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, scope documents, BOQs, and contract documents.
