Job Summary

Support APAC customers with complex digital identity and fraud challenges by partnering with Sales on KYC, fraud prevention, account opening, and authentication workflows. Design identity verification user experiences and guide API/SDK integrations for web and mobile applications. Lead technical aspects of trials and POCs, support RFP/RFI efforts, build demos and solution presentations, and collaborate with Product to share customer insights and influence roadmap direction.

Key Responsibilities

•Partner with Sales to diagnose customer challenges across KYC, fraud prevention, account opening, and authentication workflows and propose tailored solutions.
•Design and guide user experiences using Entrust Identity solutions, supporting API/SDK integrations across web and mobile applications.
•Lead technical aspects of trials and POCs, including defining success criteria and validation strategies.
•Support RFP/RFI processes with technical expertise and industry knowledge.
•Build demos and tailored solution presentations, collaborate with Product teams on customer insights, and drive adoption of new capabilities across the region.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Experience in Presales, Solutions Engineering, Sales Engineering, or Product Management with strong customer engagement.
•Ability to lead value-based conversations using structured sales methodologies.
•Hands-on experience with at least one programming language such as Python, JavaScript, Java, Ruby, or Swift.
•Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and modern integration patterns, including guiding developers through API/SDK integrations.
•Fluent in English and Malay.
