Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and lead IS&T Simandou change management strategy and roadmap, integrating change into technical and operational plans throughout the mine lifecycle.
  • •Establish and govern consistent change management approaches, standards, and tools for IS&T deployments and operational changes, ensuring adoption by project teams, delivery teams, and vendors.
  • •Lead change impact and readiness assessments for new deployments and operational evolutions, and define strategies to reduce adoption disruptions and risks.
  • •Oversee stakeholder engagement, communications, and training plans, ensuring quality of materials and directing change management and training providers.
  • •Develop and assess experiments to verify desired behavioral outcomes, report change governance metrics, and coach managers and project leaders to strengthen change capability.

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in management, information technologies, organizational psychology, human resources, or an equivalent field.
  • •Recognized change management certification (e.g., Prosci, APMG Change Management, or CCMP) strongly desired.
  • •Project or program management certification is a plus (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP, or MSP).
  • •Proven experience driving organizational change for large-scale technology or transformation initiatives, with strong practical command of change management principles and tools.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills, preferably bilingual (French/English), with ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels.
