Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage annual incentive design and implementation for sales and non-sales short-term incentive programs.
  • •Administer short-term incentive programs, including annual payout processing, documentation, communications, and data audits.
  • •Use compensation analytics, benchmarking, and industry trends to recommend and implement compensation strategies.
  • •Lead Pay-for-Skill implementation for applicable sites and support merit planning communications, guidance, and training.
  • •Evaluate jobs using Hay Job Evaluation and manage Equity Management Incentive Plan (EMIP) and Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) tax reporting coordination.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required (Human Resources preferred).
  • •5+ years of compensation experience.
  • •3+ years of Human Resources experience within the manufacturing industry (preferred).

  • •Experience with Workday; compensation philosophies/methodologies and Hay Compensation methodology (desirable).
