Key Responsibilities

•Provide technical leadership and governance for overhead lines within the Philippines T&D team.
•Lead HV/EHV projects (up to 400kV) and conduct design reviews and engineering assurance activities.
•Oversee overhead line design outputs including routing, profiling, PLS-CADD modelling, sag-tension, clearances, structure spotting, conductor and insulator selection.
•Coordinate with substations, civil, structural, geotechnical, and system disciplines to ensure high-quality outputs.
•Mentor and develop engineers, support recruitment/onboarding and promote a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Degree in Electrical, Power, Civil/Structural Engineering or related field.
•Significant overhead line experience in T&D projects.
•Strong proficiency in PLS-CADD or equivalent tools.
•Experience across project phases (feasibility to construction support).
•Strong leadership and ability to mentor engineers; good communication for international collaboration.
