Universal Banker (Berea)

Serve as an all-around branch Universal Banker by delivering best-in-class customer experience, educating customers on digital and banking services, and driving proactive sales and referrals through outbound conversations and appointment setting. Maintain expert knowledge of bank products and partner with other lines of business to identify lending and financial needs. Handle teller transactions, balance cash daily, and ensure compliance with BSA/AML policies and required training.
