Head of Operations

Own end-to-end operational performance across KSA and UAE, driving OTIF handover, fast booking acceptance, vehicle upload readiness, SMA scheduling and service quality, and reliable subscription collections (including force collection). Lead distributed teams from Riyadh and manage core KPI dashboards and SLAs to improve speed, reliability, customer experience, and cash health. Standardize processes across markets while coordinating cross-functionally with Supply, Finance, Product, Engineering, Data, and CX.
