Job Summary

Help design, operate, and improve compliance processes, controls, and technology-enabled workflows across the corporate legal function. Own trade diversion risk mitigation and build risk models, dashboards, and heat maps for diversion, export control, and sanctions risk. Key Responsibilities

•Maintain and enhance the end-to-end trade diversion risk mitigation program, including policies, roles, red flag identification, escalation, controls, audit, training, and jurisdiction playbooks.
•Maintain and improve trade compliance risk models, dashboards, and heat maps to prioritize, escalate, and design controls.
•Draft requirements and translate compliance needs into control points, system logic, and automation for workflows such as beneficial ownership screening and third-party due diligence.
•Partner with IT, Legal, and business stakeholders on SAP/GTS implementations, including requirements gathering, configuration, UAT, go-live readiness, validation, and audit support.
•Design and support third-party due diligence workflows and change management to mature global design models with standardized processes and supporting technology.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in legal operations, compliance operations, trade compliance, sanctions/export controls, risk management, or business process transformation.
•1-2 years of experience in trade compliance, sanctions, export controls, third-party risk, or related compliance program operations.
•Systems fluency with SAP, SAP GTS, Salesforce, Snowflake, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office; experience with workflow, screening, reporting, or third-party due diligence platforms preferred.
•Bachelor’s degree in business, legal studies, compliance, supply chain, international relations, information systems, data analytics, or a related field preferred.
•Familiarity with EAR, ITAR, OFAC sanctions programs, EU dual-use/sanctions frameworks, UK OFSI, and high-risk jurisdiction or transshipment controls.
