Key Requirements

  • •2+ years formally managing software engineering teams (or 4+ years as a hands-on Lead/Staff Engineer delivering complex, multi-engineer projects).
  • •8+ years designing and operating enterprise-scale distributed systems or infrastructure products.
  • •Strong server-side experience (Java/Spring Boot, Go, or C/C++) and distributed systems concepts like concurrency, caching, and asynchronous processing.
  • •Solid networking/security acumen including network architecture, TLS/SSL, reverse proxies/gateways, HTTP headers, DNS, and cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • •Proven experience managing agile delivery and CI/CD automation with cross-functional dependencies across distributed teams.
