•Complete opening and end-of-shift setup/cleanup, including cleaning, washing dishes, vacuuming, and sanitizing for next seating.
•Greet guests, serve each guest one-to-one with utmost courtesy, and answer incoming phone calls for the lounge.
•Set up/break down lounge food and beverage presentation, replenish items, and complete next-day food and beverage requisitions.
•Maintain lounge cleanliness and appearance and uphold legal standards and alcohol training guidelines for alcohol service.
