Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning, coordination, and delivery of large-scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects.
  • •Develop project execution plans, schedules, resource forecasts, and delivery strategies to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
  • •Act as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing communications and leading project meetings and progress reviews.
  • •Monitor project budgets, forecasts, resource utilization, and commercial performance; support contract administration and change management.
  • •Provide governance, risk, and compliance support, including risk identification, audits/reviews, and corrective actions to maintain quality and safety.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
  • •Minimum 12-15+ years' experience in engineering consultancy, infrastructure project delivery, or major development programmes.
  • •Proven experience delivering large-scale infrastructure and masterplan development projects in Saudi Arabia.
  • •Demonstrated ability managing multidisciplinary project teams and coordinating complex project deliverables.
  • •PMP certification or Chartered Engineer status (or equivalent) is desirable.
