Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead delivery of emerging sensing and imaging technologies into the Jetson BSP across drivers, algorithms, frameworks, agents, and skills.
  • •Support a team transitioning to an agentic development workflow to improve execution velocity, transparency, software quality, and system performance.
  • •Translate customer and ecosystem requirements into prioritized capabilities and measurable product outcomes.
  • •Align engineering efforts between software and partner teams across imaging research, tuning, Jetson product, hardware, and QA to ship features on a predictable schedule.
  • •Develop and mentor engineering managers and senior technical leaders while enabling broader team growth.

Salary: USD 272,000 - 488,750 annually

Key Requirements

  • •BS or MS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • •10+ years of relevant software engineering experience, including 5+ years leading software teams, plus a degree in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/Electrical Engineering (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •Experience developing embedded Linux software for systems-on-chip, including device drivers, platform bring-up, and debugging on target hardware.
  • •Technical depth in C, C++, or Rust systems software, with ability to guide architecture, performance optimization, and system-level debugging.
  • •Ability to translate market requirements into software roadmaps and align interdisciplinary, matrixed teams to deliver results.
