Job Summary

Support FORGE engineering operations by turning complex financial, labor, and project data into actionable insights. Partner with engineering, finance, project managers, and stakeholders to govern project costs, manage RDE investments, and improve labor utilization reporting. Build Power BI dashboards and use SAP project systems to drive visibility, accountability, and executive-ready operational metrics, collaborating in a highly cross-functional global environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage RDE budgets and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) performance.
•Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards for project cost visibility and financial reporting.
•Oversee SAP project setup, governance, and ongoing cost management.
•Lead labor planning, utilization, and billability reporting; support SIOP and Talent Resource Review processes.
•Deliver monthly operational and accomplishment reporting, manage engineering performance metrics, and provide actionable insights from business performance trends.
