Property Claims Adjuster Specialist - Field

Investigate, evaluate, negotiate, and settle complex property insurance claims for USAA members within state regulatory requirements. Manage a caseload of moderately complex damages, coordinate with vendors and internal partners, and perform research to identify coverage concerns, SIU referrals, and subrogation potential. Use estimating technology and virtual inspection tools, with field inspections across a locally assigned territory. Support catastrophe (CAT) response, including possible travel and on-call work.
