Senior Data Scientist, Crypto

Use experimentation and product analytics to shape decisions for the Crypto team. Partner with Product, Engineering, Design, and Operations to define metrics, build analytical frameworks and occasional models, and translate complex questions into clear recommendations. Help improve customer behaviour understanding, measure impact, and drive growth, retention, and operational efficiency. Work with Analytics Engineering to strengthen data foundations for reliable, scalable analysis.
