Key Responsibilities

•Develop and sell Reward Gateway solutions in France to HR and General Management for Middle Market clients (50-500 employees)
•Prospect via multiple channels (phone, LinkedIn, networking, trade shows) to build a robust sales pipeline
•Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and consultative selling to offers, negotiations, and closing
•Foster customer satisfaction and long-term relationships, ensuring post-sale success and retention
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams for onboarding, implementation, and ongoing account growth
