Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Eaton sales activities for CPS Hongkong & Macau to achieve sales revenue goals.
  • •Provide pre-sales technical support and expertise for customer applications related to UPS, power distribution, and cooling (and related PQ products).
  • •Prepare, participate in, and present seminars to customers and consultants, including solution and bidding document support.
  • •Examine customer requirements, perform technical review of orders, and recommend cost-effective configurations.
  • •Interface with customers, sales staff, consultants, and contractors; supervise and manage onsite projects in a PM role when needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Graduated in Electrical Engineering, Building Service, or Electrical system automation (at least).
  • •Minimum eight years of project or engineering experience supporting UPS, power distribution systems, and cooling.
  • •Practical site experience applying or supporting UPS, power distribution systems, and cooling, including power distribution in data centers.
  • •Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Cantonese; able to communicate and interpret technical information.
  • •Experience with CAD and the ability to make technical proposal presentations to customers and consulting engineers.
