•Lead the creative marketing direction and drive performance creatives that increase user acquisition.
•Manage end-to-end video production: generate ideas, develop visual concepts, and write detailed scripts.
•Partner with a designer to set clear briefs for motion creatives, ensure quality, and provide feedback.
•Continuously brainstorm new approaches, hooks, text messages, and ad formats.
•Work with the UA manager to analyze video performance (CTR, CR) and iterate creatives based on data.

Key Requirements

•2+ years creating advertising creatives (Creative Marketing Manager, User Acquisition Creative, or Creative Strategist) for digital products (Middle level).
•Proven experience translating briefs for designers/motion designers and understanding visual communication fundamentals.
•Performance approach: understand traffic buying (incl. Meta Ads) and analyze creative success metrics.
•Deep understanding of performance video structure (hook, main part, CTA) and ability to write converting scripts.
•English B2+ for writing ad copy/scripts and analyzing competitors.
