Key Responsibilities

  • •Work on-site across manufacturing environments and distribution centers as part of the OECP program.
  • •Lead and conduct enterprise Lean and Six Sigma problem-solving, proposing resolutions using these tools.
  • •Initiate and support new equipment and process upgrades to minimize scrap, increase productivity, and improve quality while ensuring improvements are sustained.
  • •Plan, develop, enhance, and implement control systems to ensure product, material, process, and procedural compliance with quality standards.
  • •Provide on-machine expertise to operators and staff to meet manufacturing capability/capacity and delivery performance targets, and develop project timelines and execute floating project tasks to deliver goals.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, etc.) with a graduation timeline for December (January start) or May (June start).
  • •Previous internship/co-op experience required or relevant work experience in manufacturing.
  • •Demonstrated leadership experience through student organizations (e.g., professional engineering societies).
  • •Demonstrated engagement in volunteerism or similar activities.
  • •Reliable transportation to and from work; must be willing to relocate to any of the sites during the early career program.
