Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead design workshops for R2R, P2P, and O2C finance processes.
  • •Define chart of accounts, financial dimensions, and reporting structures; support consolidation strategy for acquired companies.
  • •Design and validate NetSuite financial configurations and support implementation of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Revenue Recognition, Financial Reporting, and Multi-Entity Accounting.
  • •Define data migration requirements for open AP/AR, trial balances, historical financial data, fixed assets, and vendor/customer masters.
  • •Lead UAT, develop finance process documentation and training materials, and support cutover and hypercare activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • •CPA, CMA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent preferred.
  • •8+ years of finance transformation or ERP implementation experience.
  • •5+ years of NetSuite Finance implementation experience.
  • •Strong knowledge of financial consolidation and multi-subsidiary environments.
