Job Summary

Lead finance process design and implementation for a multi-company NetSuite deployment in a Life Sciences environment. Own future-state Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash process leadership, define charts of accounts and reporting structures, and support consolidation. Configure and implement NetSuite modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Revenue Recognition, Financial Reporting, Multi-Entity Accounting), drive data migration, and manage UAT, training materials, cutover, and hypercare.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead design workshops for R2R, P2P, and O2C finance processes.
•Define chart of accounts, financial dimensions, and reporting structures; support consolidation strategy for acquired companies.
•Design and validate NetSuite financial configurations and support implementation of GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, Revenue Recognition, Financial Reporting, and Multi-Entity Accounting.
•Define data migration requirements for open AP/AR, trial balances, historical financial data, fixed assets, and vendor/customer masters.
•Lead UAT, develop finance process documentation and training materials, and support cutover and hypercare activities.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
•CPA, CMA, ACCA, CA, or equivalent preferred.
•8+ years of finance transformation or ERP implementation experience.
•5+ years of NetSuite Finance implementation experience.
•Strong knowledge of financial consolidation and multi-subsidiary environments.
