Job Summary

Own regional assortment planning by analyzing product performance and translating consumer demand into assortment plans aligned with development timelines. Optimize assortments across distribution channels and adapt global assortments to local market needs. Monitor collection performance against objectives and support sales forecasting for new products. Partner with Merchandising, Marketing, Retail, and Commercial stakeholders to drive go-to-market initiatives and maximize commercial results.

•Analyze product performance and communicate regional market needs for product development in line with timelines.
•Optimize product assortment across all distribution channels and ensure local market needs are included.
•Evaluate and adapt the global assortment while incorporating regional requirements into assortment plans.
•Monitor collection performance and ensure objectives are met (e.g., LFL %, adoption rate).
•Support sales forecasting for new products and collaborate with stakeholders on go-to-market and trade initiatives.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience in merchandising, planning, sourcing, or demand planning.
•Fluent in English (French and Spanish are an advantage).
•Proficient in Microsoft Office.
•Strong analytical and presentation skills with a data-driven decision-making approach.
•Experience in a corporate environment with an e-commerce component is a plus.
